Join the Smartphone Free Childhood Movement

About Us

Smartphone Free Childhood Trinidad & Tobago is part of a growing global movement of parents, educators, health professionals, and community leaders working together to create healthier childhoods in the digital age.

We believe that children deserve the time and space to develop friendships, confidence, independence, and resilience before the pressures of smartphones and social media become a central part of their lives. Our mission is not to reject technology, but to encourage age-appropriate use and support families in making informed decisions.

Through community action, school partnerships, educational resources, and the Parent Pact, we are building a culture where childhood will not be shaped by technology.
